Rep Your Roots · The Global Fan Calendar
Once the 2026 champions are crowned, the road to 2030 begins — and it's unlike anything the sport has seen. The 2030 tournament will span three continents and six host nations, all to celebrate 100 years of soccer's biggest stage.
🌍 The Basics
- Main hosts: Spain, Portugal, and Morocco — bridging Europe and Africa.
- Centenary openers: three celebratory opening matches in Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay.
- When: summer 2030, with 48 teams (dates still firming up).
🏆 100 Years in the Making
The very first edition was held in Uruguay in 1930. A century later, the tournament returns to where it all began for a symbolic opening match at Montevideo, before the action moves to Spain, Portugal, and Morocco — the first time the event has ever been staged across multiple continents at once, and the first ever in North Africa.
🌟 Nations to Watch
Beyond the six proud host nations, expect the usual contenders in the mix: Brazil, France, England, Germany, the Netherlands, and a rising Norway led by Erling Haaland — plus North American sides USA and Mexico.
👕 Four Years to Get Ready
The qualifying road starts soon — and there's no better time to rep your roots than early. Every nation has its own retro crest tee, ringer tee, trucker cap, and tote in our Soccer collection (all 48 nations).
