Corporate gifts & swag
Onboarding kits, client gifts, conference giveaways. A 12 oz canvas bag reads as a gift; a 6 oz promo bag reads as a giveaway. If it is going to a client, spend the extra dollar.
Real cotton canvas printed on our own presses in New Jersey — not a drop-shipped promo bag. Twelve pieces is the minimum, full color costs nothing extra in setup, and you see a proof before anything is printed.
The bag and the method both follow from the quantity and the artwork — not from the occasion. These are the combinations we run most often, so you can start from something real instead of a blank quote form.

Welcome bags for out-of-town guests, and often a second run for the party itself. The art is almost always multicolor, which is why these go on DTF — no screen fees, and the color count does not change the price.
Hotel welcome bags, bridal party gifts, day-after brunch. Natural canvas with a single-color monogram is the safe choice and the cheapest one. We can ship straight to the hotel.
Birthdays, showers, sweet sixteens, team parties. This is where the twelve-bag minimum matters — you are not buying a case of 144 to hand out twenty bags.
Vendor bags, sponsor swag, registration giveaways. At 144 and up the screen fees disappear entirely, so a one-color event logo gets dramatically cheaper.
Team bags, teacher gifts, PTA fundraisers, senior class totes. Fundraisers usually want the cheapest bag that still sells — that is the Economical Tote at volume.
Bag included, printed one side, on the 6 oz Economical Tote — the entry bag, so these are the lowest prices on the page. Most gift and welcome-bag orders move up to the 12 oz Promotional for about a dollar more a bag; the table below shows what each bag adds. One color means screen printing and a one-time $25 screen charge. Full color means DTF, which has no setup at all — so on small runs it is the cheaper option even when your logo is a single color. Screen setup is waived entirely at 144 bags and up.
| You need | One color · screen print | Full color · DTF |
|---|---|---|
| 12 bags | $13911.58 ea | $1199.92 ea |
| 25 bags | $2098.36 ea | $1997.96 ea |
| 50 bags | $3396.78 ea | $3496.98 ea |
| 100 bags | $5695.69 ea | $6196.19 ea |
| 250 bags | $1,1994.80 ea | $1,4095.64 ea |
| 500 bags | $2,0694.14 ea | $2,8195.64 ea |
A second print location or a back print bills at the same table rate. Bag color does not change the price and neither does ink color; changing ink mid-run is $15 per screen. Quantities between the rows price from the tier they fall in, so 60 bags prices at the 48–71 rate.
Prices above are on the Economical Tote. Every other bag moves the per-bag price by the amount in the last column — that is the blank cost difference, not a markup on the print. Fabric weight is the thing people notice: 6 oz feels like a giveaway, 12 oz feels like a gift.
| Bag | Canvas | Size | Colors | Per bag |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Economical ToteQTB | 6 oz | 15½″ × 15½″ | 24 | included |
| Promotional ToteQ800 most gift orders | 12 oz | 15″ × 15″ | 25 | +$1.15 ea |
| Jumbo Tote, 25LQ600 longer on press | 12 oz | 15″ × 18″ × 6″ | 10 | +$2.54 ea |
| Zippered Tote, 19LQ1300 longer on press | 12 oz | 15″ × 15″ × 3″ | 8 | +$5.84 ea |
| Deluxe Tote, 34.6LQ1500 longer on press | 12 oz | 19″ × 15″ × 6″ | 9 | +$8.82 ea |
The Jumbo, Zippered and Deluxe totes have gussets, zippers or pockets, so they take longer to set up on press and carry a slightly longer turnaround. If you have a hard deadline, the two flat bags are the safe choice.
Screen printing charges $25 per color to burn a screen. Under about fifty bags that fee outweighs the cheaper per-piece rate, so full-color DTF wins even when your logo is a single color. You get unlimited colors for the same money.
Once the screen charge is spread across enough bags, screen printing is both the cheaper ink and the more durable one. A one- or two-color logo at 100 bags should always be screen printed.
Every extra color is another screen and another $25. A three-color logo on 100 bags costs $515 to screen print and $375 on DTF. Past roughly 300 bags screen printing takes the lead again.
Screen printing lays down solid spot colors. Anything with a photograph, a gradient or a soft shadow has to be DTF regardless of quantity.
Vector art — .ai, .eps, or a .pdf with the fonts outlined. Scales to any print size with no quality loss, and costs nothing to prepare.
A high-resolution .png with a transparent background, at least 2000 px on the long edge. Most logos supplied this way print with no redraw at all.
We redraw it. Art time is quoted before any work starts and is typically $35–$75 for a logo — you approve the number first, and you keep the vector file afterwards.
You get a proof showing bag color, ink color and print size before we print. Nothing goes on press until you say yes.
Quantity, roughly how many colors are in your art, and when you need them in hand. That is enough for a firm price — usually back within a business day, with a free mockup on the bag color you picked.
Yes, at no charge, as long as the ink stays the same. Changing bag color costs nothing — changing ink color mid-run is $15 per screen. A common setup is one ink across three bag colors.
Yes. A second location bills at the same per-piece table rate, plus its own screen if you are screen printing. On DTF there is no second setup fee.
Yes, and for welcome bags we usually do. Give us the hotel name, the guest-block contact and the date, and we will label the cartons so the bell desk can find them.
5–10 business days from art approval on the flat bags. The gusseted and zippered styles take a little longer on press. If you have a hard date, tell us before you order and we will confirm it in writing rather than guess.
Sometimes. It depends on the press schedule and on the bag being in stock, so it is quoted case by case rather than sold as a flat fee.
Correct. DTF prints from a digital file, so there is nothing to burn and nothing to reclaim. Screen printing is the one with the $25-per-color charge, and even that is waived at 144 bags and up, and on an exact reorder within twelve months.
Not custom — twelve is the minimum for a printed run. But we sell finished New York tote bags individually in our own shop, and those ship the same day.
