Watching the tremendous job the NYPD was doing under enormous pressure of endless shifts and risking life and limb facing the evil perpetrated on the streets of New York every day I bought a NYPD cap and teeshirt to show someone on the other side of the world acknowledges the Departments great work.
I was a little nervous about ordering through the mail because you never really know about the quality until you get it and I've gotten some really poor quality items shopping on-line before. NYC Factory sent me the most fabulous sweatshirts for my grandkids! the material is soft and heavy weight. The sizing is spot on and the design just what I had hoped for! I completely recommend NYC Factory for you apparel wants and needs. Also, shipping was fast! Love this company!

Ordering was easy, delivery went smoothly and quickly, the sweatshirt is awesome, but the fabric of the pajamas is pretty thin and cheap looking and feeling….these are gifts for my autistic daughter who turns 30 today and had them on her wish list!
I had to return both top & bottom. I normally wear a medium but I ordered a large which is still too tight They are not made true to size. They would probably fit stick people. I am very dissappointed because I have been looking for these and I was so happy to find them.
I love these hoodies,they are so comfy. I gave only 4 stars because I had to wait for the 2nd hoodie to get shipped separately because it got mistakenly left off my order when shipped.(I had a good size order) Daniel from customer service was great and shipped it right out with a couple extras!! In XL, which is my size. After 1 wash it shrunk to about a large. This is my second attempt to leave a review and I’ve not heard any response from nyc factory. I would like a 2XL in exchange for this one. It’s no use to me.

The Garment Is Comfortable And Is Of Good Quality. There Is Two Gripes I Have . The First No Access For Urination, Second No Pockets. Otherwise I Like Them.

I‘m a german policeofficer and its a pleasure to have a nypd sweatshirt. three years ago i was in nyc and was able to swap patches. unfortunately didn't get a sweater. Now i have one.

This was not as we thought. We purchased one in New York and all the additional items (badges, lettering etc) were embroidered however this one that we have just purchased is printed. The quality is good but not what we thought that it was going to be.
