We ship from our shop in New Jersey. In-stock orders leave within one business day, most the same day when placed by 2 PM ET. You get a tracking email the moment the label prints.

  • Free US shipping on orders over $50.
  • US economy and standard shipping from $3.98. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days by UPS or USPS.
  • Expedited options show at checkout. On a hard deadline? Message us before you order and we confirm the delivery date.

International

We ship worldwide with UPS, DHL and USPS, dispatched the same or next business day. For the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For other countries, any import fees are charged by your customs office on arrival.

Returns and exchanges

Not right? You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items. Start a return or exchange here with your order number (format 123456-nyc) and your email or zip code. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake. Refunds go back to the original payment once the item is checked in, no hassle.

Custom and printed-to-order items (your logo, names, numbers, bulk jobs) are made for you and are final sale. We send a proof before printing so there are no surprises.

Every product page has a size chart next to the Size picker with the exact garment measurements. All size charts.
