We send a 1:1 scale proof for your approval. Nothing goes on press until you sign off — and that approval is when the 7–10 business day clock starts.

Vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf with outlined fonts) is ideal and free to use; a large clean PNG is usually fine for a one-color print. Up to 20 MB.

Use a link if your file is over 20 MB or you are sending a packaged folder. Set it to “anyone with the link can view” — a permission-locked link is the most common reason a proof gets delayed.

Printed in one color. Pick a role or type your own — anything up to 24 characters fits the standard block.

One color is included. On dark garments we lay a white underbase first so the color reads bright. Metallic, reflective, glow and puff inks add $0.75 a piece — ask on the proof and we will quote it before printing.

Figures are Port & Company’s published PC54 spec. The PC450 and PC61 run to the same size grid; PC450 is a slightly trimmer ringspun cut. Tall sizes add roughly 2″ of body length over the regular size.

Sizes S–XL cost the same. Anything above XL, and any tall size, adds itself to your cart at the rate shown as you type. We stock to 6XL and 4XL Tall.

Turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval, not from checkout. Weekends and holidays don't count.

You get 24. A small number of shirts are always lost on press — that is normal in screen printing. On a kit we reprint them. You are not short-shipped, and you are not asked to order spares to cover our spoilage.
